We don't actually need too much on this flip - we have planned for a full overhaul of both bathrooms. We have budgeted to add a shower to the lower level bathroom making it a 1.75 bath home. You may be able to find space for an additional 1/2 bath on the upstairs floor, but that is not in our budget below. The kitchen underwent a complete renovation 5-7 years ago, so no changes needed there. Structurally, some of the property’s slab was lifted many years ago, with additional work done on the upstairs a few years back, though the downstairs slab appears to have settled slightly.
